Discussion of proposed amendments to the Granby Zoning and Subdivision Regulations that will temporarily establish a Moratorium on subdivision and resubdivision applications within the R2A Zone in an area of approximately 2400 acres along Case Street and Edgerton Road as shown on a map titled Case Street and Edgerton Road Moratorium. The Moratorium is accomplished through the adoption of the following:
a. Add new paragraph to the Zoning Regulations, Section 1.1 ZONE TYPES
b. Add new paragraph to the Zoning Regulations, Section 3.1 RURAL RESIDENTIAL R2A
c. Add new Section to the Zoning Regulations titled Section 8.29 Temporary and Limited Moratorium
d. Add new Section to the Subdivision Regulations Section 1
