LEGAL NOTICE
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
Electors and citizens qualified to vote in Town Meetings of the Town of Granby, Connecticut are hereby warned that a Special Town Meeting will be held in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 15 North Granby Road, Granby, Connecticut on Monday, November 5, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering and acting upon the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED that upon recommendation of the Board of Selectmen and upon appropriation by the Board of Finance, the Town of Granby, approves the purchase of property located at 149 Old Messenger Road for an amount of $100,000. Said property consists of about 57.3 acres and is more particularly described by the land appraisal report prepared by Thomas W. Henry, MAI, dated February 9, 2007 and is on file in the office of the Town Manager at the Granby Town Hall.
