LEGAL NOTICE
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
Electors and citizens qualified to vote in Town Meetings of the Town of Granby, Connecticut are hereby warned that a Special Town Meeting will be held in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 15 North Granby Road, Granby, Connecticut on Monday, October 6, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering and acting upon the following resolutions:
BE IT RESOLVED that upon recommendation of the Board of Selectmen, the Town of Granby, approves the discontinuance of Fox Road as follows:
Fox Road is located approximately 640 feet north of the intersection of Barkhamsted Road (State Route 219) and Hartland Road (State Route 20).
Fox Road begins at the intersection with Hartland Road and extends approximately 2,980 feet northwesterly to its end.
