3. Application to consider the establishment of a private road that is proposed to serve a 10 lot subdivision with all lots located in East Granby. The proposed private road is to be located on a portion of property that was previously a part of 118 Petersen Road, property of Kenneth Seymour.
4. Consideration of Board of Selectmen referral per Section 8-24 of the Connecticut General Statutes regarding the purchase of 25.6 acres of land at 175 Salmon Brook Street.
5. Review Erosion and Sedimentation Control agreement.
6. Receive and discuss the February 22, 2007 memo from the Farmington Valley Health District
7. Staff Reports and Correspondence.
8. Commission discussion of items of interest or concerns.
9. Executive Session to discuss litigation.
