- Update on a Special Permit issued for property located at 59 Meadow Brook Road, Bandit’s Place, Inc. File Z-01-11. Approved February 8, 2011.
- Request for an informal discussion with Michael Grillo concerning property located at 541 Salmon Brook Street, Granby Tire and Auto.
- Discussion of Accessory Apartments in detached buildings.
- Discussion of Ridge Line regulations
- State Line Propane site plan amendment to add additional 30,000 gallon tank.
