Granby Planning & Zoning Commission
There will be a Public Hearing conducted by the Granby Planning & Zoning Commission on January 25, 2011 at 7:00 P.M., in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 15 North Granby Road to hear the following item:
An application seeking a special permit under Section 3.4.2.7 of the Zoning Regulations for the use of property located at 59 Meadow Brook Road by a non-profit organization, Bandit’s Place, Inc. File Z-01-11.
At the hearing interested persons may appear and written communications will be received. Copies of the proposals are on file in the Office of the Community Development Director, Granby Town Hall.
