Granby Planning & Zoning Commission
There will be a Public Hearing conducted by the Granby Planning & Zoning Commission on March 22, 2011 at 7:00 P.M., in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 15 North Granby Road to hear the following item:
Application seeking approval to subdivide property located at 69 Hartford Avenue into 12 residential building lots together with the proposed construction of a new town road that will be approximately 800 feet in length. File P-2-11.
At the hearing interested persons may appear and written communications will be received. Copies of the proposals are on file in the Office of the Community Development Director, Granby Town Hall.
