Granby Zoning Board of Appeals
There will be a Public Hearing conducted by the Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at 7:30 P.M. in the Granby Town Hall, Meeting Room, 15 North Granby Road to hear the following item:
Appeal by Valley Office Trust seeking a variance to side yard requirements, Section 5.0 of the Zoning Regulations to allow construction of an addition for property located at 29 Hartford Avenue.
At the hearing interested persons may appear and written communications will be received. A copy of the appeal is on file in the Office of the Director of Community Development, Granby Town Hall.
