Granby Planning & Zoning Commission
There will be a Public Hearing conducted by the Granby Planning & Zoning Commission on April 26, 2011 at 7:00 P.M., in the Town Hall Meeting Room, 15 North Granby Road to hear the following item:
Application seeking site plan and Special Permit approval for property located at 29 Hartford Avenue. The application proposes to add 384 square feet to an existing building. The Special Permits are to clearly define the commercial recreational and personal service uses under Section 2.2 Existing Use Requirement. File Z-5-11
At the hearing interested persons may appear and written communications will be received. Copies of the proposals are on file in the Office of the Community Development Director, Granby Town Hall.
