REGARDING: Board of Selectmen Special Meeting
The regular Board of Selectmen meeting of January 18, 2011 was cancelled. On the agenda were two items that now need to be addressed. One involved a call for a town meeting to accept Powder Mill Lane. The call must be signed for the town meeting to take place on February 7th. The second item involved a resolution for a capital lease program. The best rate received was from Simsbury Bank. We were recently notified that the rate might likely be less favorable if we wait until February 7, 2011.
A Special Meeting is being called for Monday January 24, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room.
