· Appeal by Hunt Glen, Granby, LLC, 148-150R Salmon Brook Street. The applicant seeks a variance to allow a separate parcel to be split from the original property. The new parcel will have access and egress to the rear of Mill Pond Drive. The requested variance seeks to reduce the minimum acreage and frontage requirements of Section 5.1 of the Zoning Regulations for the ED zone.
