- Application seeking site plan and Special Permit approval for property located at 29 Hartford Avenue. The application proposes to add 384 square feet to an existing building. The Special Permits are to clearly define the commercial recreational and personal service uses under Section 2.2 - Existing Use Requirement. File Z-5-11.
- Consideration of an application seeking approval to subdivide property located at 69 Hartford Avenue into 12 residential building lots together with the proposed construction of a new town road that will be approximately 800 feet in length. File P-2-11.
