1. Call to order
- An application by State Line Propane located at 500 Salmon Brook Street seeking a site plan modification and Special Permit to place an additional 30,000 gallon propane tank on the site.
- Consideration of an application seeking approval to subdivide property located at 69 Hartford Avenue into 12 residential building lots together with the proposed construction of a new town road that will be approximately 800 feet in length. File P-2-11.
- Request to create a separate lot within an ED zone in accordance with Section 3.9.4.14 of the Zoning Regulations.
- Continued discussion of Accessory Apartments in detached buildings.
- Continued discussion of Ridge Line Regulations.
Application seeking site plan approval for property located at 29 Hartford Avenue. The application proposes to add 384 square feet to an existing building. File Z-5-11.
