Present: Chairman Lowell C. Johnson, James R. Sansone and Celia Eggert.
The meeting opened at 7:00 p.m.
The Commission met to hear and consider the following appeals:
Appeal of 11 Reed Hill Road. The decision of the board was to change VW2
To VW1. Also change the land factor to 80% because of right of way (easement).
All members approved.
MARCH 10, 2011
Present: Celia Eggert and James Sansone. Lowell Johnson present at 6:55 p.m.
The meeting opened at 6:00 p.m.
Appeal of 8 Old Orchard Road. The decision of the board was that there would be no change.
The value reflects fair and equitable value as of October 1, 2007. All members approved.
Appeal of 363 Granville Road. The decision of the board was that the adjustment would be 40%
for physical damage of the house. All members approved.
Appeal of 69 Cooley Road. The decision of the board was that there was an error on basement,
UBM should be SLB; patio should be 435 square feet. Also change land factor for the lot to 90%
due to wetlands and the excess land to 60% for wetlands. All members approved.
