PRESENT: Dr. Peter Barwick, George Bronsord, JoAnne Desrosiers, Incy Muir, Bruce Sullivan, Jack Vanderbilt; Staff Present: Kerry Kielbasa, Director of Human Services; Sandy Yost, Program Coordinator

As there was not a quorum present, Dr. Barwick cancelled the meeting.
NOTES:
- Dorothy Pryor is the Volunteer of the Month for January.
- The Valentine’s Luncheon that was scheduled for today was cancelled due to the fact that so few people had signed up.
- The Tax Assistance Program is currently being held every Tuesday and runs through April 5th.
- The Safe Driver Program will be held on April 14th.
- The Mind Sharpener Program will be offered again beginning March 9th and will run for eight weeks.
- The Live Well program will be offered in May.
- There are currently 30 members of the Senior Club. They currently have $4,088 and made a profit of $820 on the cookbooks.
- The Beverly Foundation is currently doing a survey regarding transportation services for seniors. Results will affect grant eligibility.
- The RFP (Request for Proposal) for the DOT grant is out and is due April 1st. The RFP for NCAAA is out also.
- Fuel assistance for seniors has been very busy. There have been a lot of applications for individuals who never applied before.
- After attending a Senior Center trip, Jack Vanderbilt suggested trips be rated regarding degree of difficulty for people with canes, walkers, etc.
