Attendees: Bill Regan, Neil Mueller, Mark Bombard, Michele Holt, Mike Malloy
I. Public Comment
None
II. Approval of Minutes for 12-10-09 meeting
ON A MOTION MADE BY Mark Bombard and seconded by Neil Mueller (3-0-1) minutes were accepted.
lll. Tabled/Old Business:
A. Community involvement – EG volunteers are coming along. Outstanding items are process and procedure paperwork for volunteers to be approved by Jim Hayden’s office (EGTV) and Yahoo email and schedule account needs to be finalized.
B. Volunteers – New volunteers are coming along in EG
C. Marketing of GCTV -
D. Town Meetings Coverage -
E. Website redesign - GCF Grant – still pending. Bill should hear shortly.
F. Grant Award – PO has been faxed, equipment will be arriving shortly. Dead line for report to DPUC has been extended to Feb 5th.
G. Youth involvement – Possible Grant

A.EGTV -
V. Member Reports
Michele made request for guidance to EG to develop proposal for a BOE request for hardwiring of the high school auditorium.
VI. Other Items
Bill reported that there is a way for us to use the internet to convey live programming to GCTV studio to be decoded and put live on GCTV.
