Attendance: Mike Malloy, Mark Bombard, Michele Holt, Harald Bordewieck

I. Public Comment
none.
II. Approval of Minutes for 04-20-2010 meeting
No quorm present.
lll. Tabled/Old Business:
A. New Member Harald Bordewieck was appointed by Hartland and present at the meeting.
B. Sponsorship – two new sponsors/underwriters for GCTV were secured – Simsbury Bank and Windsor Federal. Mike mentioned Tri-Town would like to see what GCTV has developed for underwriting levels and opportunities. Bill will give report at next meeting.
C. East Granby Volunteer Coordinator – Yvon has been working with EG residents in taping town meetings.
D. The towns have all been billed for the amount due to GCTV. Mike has reviewed the process and will invoice the towns for next years amount.
F. Hartland will get money for speaker system that is due them.
IV. New Business:
A. Web Site - design complete and is up and running.
B. Grant reporting to be completed – programming report. Mike will send in by dead line.
