Meeting called to order 12:36 pm
I. ~~Public Comment ~- none
II. ~Approval of Minutes for 07-20-2010 meeting – ON A MOTION from Neil Mueller and Seconded by Michele Holt the committee approved the minutes as submitted. Motion passed (4-0-1) Bill Regan Abstained.
III. Old Business

~~~~~~~~~~~B. Town Payments – received from Granby and East Granby. Mike to follow up with Hartland.
~~~~~~~~~~~C. Inventory~Progress – Yvon and Neil are in process.
~~~~~~~~~~ D.~Local access organization suggestions – discussion of structure – no decisions.~
~~~~~~~~~~~E.~GCTV Financials/ Mark Bombard – Mike, Bill and Mark to discuss and report back to group.~
