TRI-TOWN CABLE TV GOVERNMENT ACCESS COMMITTEE
Tuesday 12/21/10
Granby Police Department/ Meeting Room
Committee Members Present: Mark Bombard, Michele Holt, Mike Malloy, Neil Mueller
Meeting was called to order at 12:39 pm
I. Public Comment - Yvon submitted his comments via an email that was submitted to TTCTVGAC Chairman as correspondence.
Karen from SimsTV commented on how they get volunteers – its really a public relations issue – need to not let the residents forget about the station.
II. Approval of Minutes for 11-16-2010
ON A MOTION made by Michele Holt and seconded by Neil Mueller the committee approved the minutes from the 11-16-10 meeting (4-0-0)
III. Old Business
A. Inventory Progress Mark/ Neil/ Mike – in process
B. Local access organization suggestions
ON A MOTION made by Mark Bombard and seconded by Michele Holt the committee approved the local access organizational structure as discussed at the 11/16/10 meeting (4-0-0).
C. GCTV Financials/ Request – no action
D. Grant Application – Michele to work on. Mark will finalize “wish list” and Mike to get a copy of the last grant request to Michele to begin work. Separate meeting may be held to accomplish next grant request.
IV. New Business
A. Resignation/ Vacancy
ON A MOTION made by Neil Mueller and seconded by Mark Bombard the committee accepted the resignation of Bill Regan from the TTCTVGAC (4-0-0). Mike Malloy will meet with the Granby Selectman to discuss making an appointment to fill the Granby vacancy.
B. GCTV Board - The Board is to vote on adding Michele Holt to the GCTV Board at the next Board meeting.
V. Member Reports
Neil Mueller is taping meetings and they seem to be very popular with the community.
East Granby taped the Holiday Tree lighting and Community Carol sing and should be on air soon.

VII. Confirm next meeting – January 18, 2011 at 12:30 pm at the Granby Police Station
