MEETING MINUTES
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2008
TOWN OF GRANBY POLICE DEPARTMENT COMMUNITY ROOM
GRANBY, CT
Members present: Michele Holt, Mike Malloy, Mark Bombard, William Regan, Neil Mueller, Joyce Mueller
Others present: Brooke Pelli
I. Public Comment: Bill and Linda Morse introduced as potential volunteers for GCTV.
II. Approval of Minutes for 10/13/08 meeting: ON A MOTION by Michele Holt and seconded by Joyce Mueller the committee voted (6-0-0) to accept the minutes from the 10/13/08 meeting.
III. Tabled/Old Business: no action taken on agenda items.
IV. New Business: No action taken on agenda items.
V. Member Reports: No action taken on agenda items.
VI. Other Items
- Mark Bombard submitted to the committee a bill for services rendered to GCTV in the amount of $1,250.00 (September, 2008). ON A MOTION from Mike Malloy and seconded by Neil Mueller the committee voted (6-0-0) to accept the bill from Mark Bombard.
- Committee discussed forming a special subcommittee to review further payment of fees for services rendered to GCTV. ON A MOTION from Michele Holt and seconded by Mike Malloy the committee voted (5-0-1) to form a subcommittee to negotiate fees for services rendered to GCTV. Neil Mueller, Bill Regan and Mike Malloy are the members of the subcommittee.
VII. Next meeting will be Thursday, December 13, 2008 at 12:30 p.m. at the
East Granby Town Hall – PLEASE NOTE CHANGE IN LOCATION.
ON A MOTION by Mike Malloy and seconded by Michele Holt the committee voted unanimously (6-0-0) to adjourn the meeting at 2:10 pm.
