MEETING MINUTES

AGENDA
Members present: Mike Malloy, Mark Bombard, William Regan, Neil Mueller, Joyce Mueller
I. Public Comment - Brooke Pielli wants to air and possibly sell an
Inauguration video from the democratic committee. It is GCTV’s
responsibility to provide programming
II. Approval of Minutes for 12-11-08 meeting - ON A MOTION by Joyce
Mueller and seconded by Mark Bombard the committee voted (5-0-0) to
approve the minutes from the 12/11/08 meeting.
lll. Tabled/Old Business:
A. GCTV/Drummer building - shared use.
1. Phone service – status up and operating. The committee
will process the $500.00 grant. GCTV will provide an
accounting of the use of the money in 12 months.
B. Fund raising and Community involvement with
Chambers of Commerce - Mike Malloy & Mark Bombard
1. Funding of programs by businesses or groups – “Litchfield
Promo”.
2. Business letters letter was approved. Mike Malloy and
East Granby Motors will print and mail
IV. New Business
A. PEGPETIA Grant/Equipment quotes review- Item tabled.
B. On-line Survey – Item tabled until next meeting.
C. New Grant Application Available Feb 2 and due April 10
D. Volunteers
V. Member Reports. Joyce Mueller introduced Mary Root as her replacement
on the Committee
VI. Other Items - Karen Handville, Simsbury TV station manager, attended the
meeting as a Granby resident. SCTV has surplus equipment available for
sale Mark will contact SCTV about it
VII. Confirm next meeting – February 12, 2009 Town Of Granby
Police Department Community Room 12:30 PM
VIII. Adjournment – ON A MOTION BY Mike Malloy and seconded by Joyce
Mueller the committee voted (5-0-0) to adjourn at 2:05 pm.
