MEETING MINUTES

MINUTES
Members present: Mike Malloy, Mark Bombard, William Regan, Neil Mueller, Michele Holt
I. Public Comment – Brooke Pelli, GCTV Board of Directors, notified the Committee of a notice she received from the State of CT to verifiy GCTV as an organization.
II. Approval of Minutes for 1-8-09 meeting - ON A MOTION by Michele Holt and seconded by
Neil Mueller the committee voted (4-0-0) to accept the minutes of the 1-8-09 meeting as
amended.
lll. Tabled/Old Business:
- Mailing to go out to business in East Granby, Granby and Hartland by end of
February. A total of 600 businesses to receive the mailing. Committee will follow up with interested parties to invite underwriting opportunities.
IV. New Business
- Grant money has been received. New Grant Application not on-line yet but will be out soon. Next deadline for grant money is due April 10, 2009.
V. Member Reports.
None.
VI. Other Items – There has been a very poor signal on Ch. 16 lately. Committee agreed to
monitor channel from home and call Cox with concerns.
VII. Confirm next meeting – March 12, 2009, at EAST GRANBY TOWN HALL @ 12:30 pm
VIII. Adjournment – ON A MOTION BY Mark Bombard and seconded by Mike Malloy the committee voted (5-0-0) to adjourn at 1:30 pm.
