Attendees: Mike Malloy, Mark Bombard, Neil Mueller, Michele Holt
Other attendees: Karen Handville from Simsbury TV
I. Public Comment – none.
II. Approval of Minutes for 07-09-09 meeting –
ON A MOTION made by Neil Mueller and seconded by Michele Holt, the committee approved (4-0-0) the Minutes from the 07-09-09 meeting.
lll. Tabled/Old Business:
A. Volunteerism/GCTV Board – Bill Regan met with Granby Drummer Executive Board to explore combining efforts and board members. They were very positive towards the opportunity. Bill announced that Mary Root agreed to be GCTV Board President. GCTV Secretary will be David Blanco, and Treasurer is Mark Bombard. All posts for GCTV Board have been filled.
Web Development – looking to redesign www.gctv16.org. Karen mentioned a program that is specific for Access TV Stations.
B. Fund raising and Community involvement
Granby Chamber of Commerce
Bill Regan will draft outline of underwriting options and bring to the committee for our review. Once Committee approves underwriting program, it will be added to website under “underwriting opportunities”.
C. The Granby Forum

IV. New/Tabled Business
A. New agreement for Mark’s services
ON A MOTION BY Mike Malloy and seconded by Neil Mueller the Committee agreed (4-0-0) to approve Mark Bombard’s agreement as submitted to Committee.
B. Establishment of 2010 budget
ON A MOTION BY Neil Mueller and seconded by Mark Bombard the Committee agreed (4-0-0) to approve the 2010 Budget as submitted.
