MEETING MINUTES
Thursday September 10, 2009 12:30 P.M.

TOWN OF EAST GRANBY
Town Hall Meeting Room

MINUTES

Attendees:  Bill Regan, Mike Malloy, Mark Bombard, Neil Mueller

Meeting was called to order at 12:33

There was no public comment

The following corrections to the Minutes of August13 were offered; Bill Regan was in attendance, Michelle Holt left at 1:15, Mark Bombard’s agreement was approved 3-0-1(Mark abstained), the 2009-2010 Budget was approved with the $1000.00 Marketing being apportioned according to the Towns’ contribution to the Fund.
The revised minutes were approved 4-0-0 with a motion by Mike Malloy/second by Mark Bombard.
Discussion was held concerning the GCTV Board. Mark told  the Committee that Mary Root has resigned as President, and that the Board is still looking for members.  

Web Development – Bill has received 2 quotes for design services – both about $2,000.00. The company that designed the Win-TV site has a yearly hosting cost of $300.00. It was felt that we need to raise $2500.00 to go forward.

On a motion by Mike Malloy/second by Neil Mueller, The Committee agreed 4-0-0 to spend $100.00 on GCTV logoed hats and shirts and $50.00 on business cards.

Mile Malloy will look into the cost of roadside signage for GCTV to build awareness and drive people to the website and channel 16.

The next meeting was confirmed for October 8, 2009 at12:30 PM Granby Police department Community Room.

ON A MOTION BY Mark Bombard/second by Neil Mueller the Committee agreed (4-0-0) to adjourn meeting at 1:15 pm.
