MINUTES
September 2, 2010
PRESENT: Neil Hornish and Shelley Reuben
Chairman Hornish could not confirm a quorum.
CLEAN ENERGY TASK FORCE:
The packet the Commission created for First Selectman John Adams in regards to the presentation of the Task Force to the Board of Selectmen is ready to mail. Chairman Hornish will write a cover letter to send with the packet.
Chairman Hornish and Ms. Reuben reviewed the letter to be sent to interest groups in regards to the September 20, 2010 Board of Selectmen meeting presentation on the Clean Energy Task Force. The letter asks that a representative from each group try to attend the meeting in support of establishing the Task Force. Letters will be mailed to:
- The Chamber of Commerce
- Holcomb Farm
- Granby Land Trust
- Granby Public Schools Facilities Director
- High School Environmental Club
