GRANBY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
Town Hall Meeting Room
Monday, February 9, 2009
7:00 P.M.
Present: Bud Murtha, Chairman, Martin Schwager, Edward Guarco, Robert Rome, John Krug, Ken Kuhl and Fran Armentano, Director of Community Development.
The Commission discussed the Granby Center zoning plan and anticipated the public hearing on this matter.
The Commission asked about the package store that was approved on Bank Street and breifly discussed of the approved winery on Lost Acres Road.
Vacant commercial space was discussed.
The Commission briefly discussed the Simsbury airport and the activities of the Simsbury Airport Advisory Committee.
The commission discussed the economic climate and the impact on the grand list.
The meeting adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
