BOARD OF SELECTMEN
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 6, 2007
First Selectman John Adams called the special meeting of the Board of Selectmen to order at 11:31 a.m.
PRESENT: John Adams, Frank Judice, and Mark Neumann, participated via telephone conference, and Barbarajean Scibelli, Administration Finance Officer at the Granby Town Hall
The agenda was distributed earlier describing the reason for this special meeting.
A. The Appointment of Paul Lambert to the Planning and Zoning Commission
ON A MOTION by Selectman Mark Neumann, second by Selectman Frank Judice, the Board voted unanimously (3-0-0) to approve the appointment of Paul Lambert, (R) 5 Appletree Lane, to the Planning and Zoning Commission. His term will expire November 20, 2007.
B. The Availability of Board of Selectmen Members for Future Events
A new town business, Family Hardware, is having an Open House on Friday, September 14th and Saturday the 15th. They are having a ribbon cutting at 8:00 a.m. both mornings and would like a Board of Selectmen member to be there to help cut the ribbon. First Selectman Adams volunteered for Friday and Selectman Neumann volunteered for Saturday.
ADJOURNMENT
ON A MOTION by Selectman Judice, seconded by Selectman Neumann, the Board voted unanimously (3-0-0) to adjourn the meeting at 11:35 a.m.
