- Kerry will speak to the Community Fund on 11/20 to inquire about funds to help cover the cost of the survey.
- Lisa Reinhardt will write an article for the December issue of The Drummer to make people aware of the survey.
- The response from vendors at the Youth Fair was very positive. Lisa will write a follow-up article for The Drummer.
- There was a discussion regarding how to improve the Youth Fair in the future, i.e. more advertising, more activities for children, possibly coordinate the fair with another event in Town such as Celebrate Granby or Little League Day, etc.
- Teri will contact the youth on the board to see if they’re still interested in serving on the Board. Linda Pollock will contact Lisa Venn to see if she’s still interested.
- Lisa Schroeder sent an e-mail stating she may have to reconsider her participation on the Board. Susan Accetura is interested in joining.
- There was a discussion about the State’s attempt to ensure a more open government and how Freedom of Information could affect Town Boards.
- There is not a meeting in December.
