The Granby Department of Police Services has an authorized strength of fifteen sworn members. There are two divisions within the Department, Patrol and Communications.
The Patrol Division consists of the Chief of Police, the Captain, four Sergeants, and nine Patrol Officers. The Communications Division civilian staff is composed of four full-time Public Safety Dispatchers, three part-time Public Safety Dispatchers, a part-time Records Clerk and an Administrative Assistant.
Also under the purview of the Department of Police services is the Municipal Animal Control Officer, Ms. Jennifer Abalan. Ms. Abalan reports directly to the Captain.
