Farm Stand Stops: During the summer months when fresh produce is readily available the van will make trips to local farms so you may pick up the fruits and vegetables of the season.
Taste of the Valley: The third Monday of the month join fellow culinary adventurers as  they try out area restaurants. Call 860-844-5352 to sign up. Cost: $2 for van transportation. Lunch prices vary but are usually between $10-$15.
July 19: Log House Restaurant in Winsted. Reservations at 12:00 PM
August 16: Portobello Restaurant in Canton. Reservations at 12:00 PM
Blue Fox Rock 'n Bowl: Friday, July 16 and August 20 at 11:00 a.m.
Bowl a few games and have pizza for lunch. This is a non-competitive group that has a great time! Cost: $12, includes bowling, shoe rental, pizza and van service.

Medical/Dental/Personal Care Appointments:
Local appointments (Granby, East Granby, Simsbury) may be scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays and medical appointments out of the area may be scheduled for Fridays. The Senior Van is equipped with a wheelchair lift for added accessibility. Please call Nancy Grakowsky, Transportation Coordinator at 860-844-5353, one week in advance for scheduling.
