Book Sales
Book Donations Needed for the Friends 2023 Book Sale!
- ALL book sale donations are to be dropped off at Holcomb Farm located at 113 Simsbury Road, West Granby
- Pack items in boxes that are easy to carry
- The Friends gladly accept donations of sturdy empty boxes with lids, especially copy paper boxes or banker boxes
- If you would like to volunteer for the book sale whether for sorting/helping at the 3 day sale please contact Vicki at vickiruth263@gmail.com
- Donations will not be accepted at Granby Public Library or F.H. Cossitt Library; please do not place donations in the library bookdrops or leave donations by the bookdrops or library doors.

Use of Proceeds
Proceeds from the annual book sale are used for:
- Museum Passes
- Special Programs for Adults, Teens, and Children
- Supplies for Children's Crafts
- Magazines for Adults, Teens, and Children
- Children's Nutmeg Award Book
- Summer Reading Programs - Books, Prizes, and Reading Incentives
- Multiple Copies for the Library Book Clubs
