Board of Finance

The Board of Finance shall consist of six (6) members each of whom is elected for a term of four years. At each biennial election there shall be elected one member for a term of four years to succeed each member whose term shall expire. The Board of Finance shall annually designate an independent certified public accountant or firm of independent public accountants to audit the books and accounts of the town as provided in the general statutes as amended.
