Clean Energy Task Force

The Clean Energy Task Force was established by The Town of Granby to pursue the goals set by the town in its commitment to the 20% by 2010 program and the EPA Energy Challenge. Although Granby is now a Clean Energy Community, we still have to reach the minimum threshold of 400 Clean Energy points in order to receive our first solar array.

Granby has taken the following three steps:

  1. Commit to the 20% by 2010 clean energy goal – DONE (Click here to view.)
  2. Commit to the EPA Community Energy Challenge – DONE (Click here to view.)
  3. Achieve 400 Clean Energy points through local support – IN PROCESS (Click for current status.)

Residents of Granby can help the town reach the third goal by signing up for Clean Energy Options.
