EFT is a powerful procedure used by thousands of practitioners around the world to help people overcome anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, traumatic memories, guilt, grief, and emotional/physical pain. EFT, often called 'tapping', is a form of emotional acupuncture, except that instead of needles, we tap with out fingertips to stimulate specific meridian energy points, while tuning in to a troublesome issue or memory. Join certified practitioner Cris Jacobs and learn to use the Emotional Freedom Technique.
