Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a powerful procedure used by tens of thousands of practitioners around the world. EFT, commonly known as "tapping," helps people overcome anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, traumatic memories, grief, and emotional or physical pain. Certified instructor and Life Coach Cris Jacobs leads a monthly group session. No fee.

About the instructor:
Cris Jacobs’ eclectic career spans many different areas: He is a Life Coach and practiced for many years at Hartford Family Institute’s Center for Healing Arts in West Hartford. Prior to that he was managing director of Fixed Income at Aetna and Cigna. Currently Jacobs is a Financial Advisor in Tariffville.

His traditional education includes degrees from Duke and Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. He also has a certificate as a Core Energetics practitioner (body-oriented psychology), as well as earlier certificates in EFT.
