Due to popular demand, the Library is offering a second spring lambs craft session. Crafter and art educator Audrey Laird leads a workshop in the fun and forgiving art of needle felting. Adults and teens are invited to craft fluffy little springtime lambs in this introductory session. All materials are provided at the free program.

About the instructor:
Audrey Laird's diverse maker skills, keen creative eye, and friendly disposition make her an excellent instructor for a variety of crafting projects. She is actively involved with Granby Memorial High School's Performing Arts Program. She provides handmade puppets and props for various productions throughout the year. As a Teaching Artist at Valley Pre-School, Audrey leads a very popular after-school puppetry program for four-year-olds. She received high praise from Puppeteers of America, Inc. for a Puppet Club program at Wells Road Intermediate School, Granby, and was subsequently honored as a presenter at their 2015 National Convention.
Needle felting is quickly becoming a popular and preferred medium by puppeteers for puppet making. Audrey is excited to bring this fun and creative art form to Crafters Café.
