We'll be inside tonight as two lines of noisy/wet weather will be moving thru Granby.

YBJ brings a bluegrass festival to our town library! Music fans of all ages are invited to enjoy a toe-tapping evening. No admission fee; no tickets; and free refreshments. It's a fun time for families! We've run afoul with the weather, and the good times are moving inside. Find us in the large Community Room at the Senior/Youth Services Center, located toward the rear of the municipal complex, behind Granby Town Hall.. Lots of parking available.

About the performers:

Yankee Bluegrass Jammers are a diverse group of approximately 20 Connecticut musicians who get together weekly to jam. Members play a range of instruments - banjo, vintage Martin guitar, fiddle, mandolin, and string bass. Many of the players have 'day jobs' (lawyer, doctor, professor, auto shop owner, student), some are retired, and some have made a living in the music biz. They represent quite a collection of talent and have a loyal following.

Whether you're a bluegrass fan or simply a music fan, mark this date on your calendar and join us for a good time this summer.
