As you know, the Granby Public Library buildings have been closed to the public since mid-March. While we have been able to provide patrons with continued access to materials via our digital collections and databases, we have been working hard to generate new ways to offer in-person programs that will engage, inspire, and connect with our community. Not knowing when we will be able to meet together again in groups, we have decided to provide virtual programming over the Internet in an attempt to give our patrons some much needed distraction during this time while also allowing the Library to continue to serve our community.
Please understand that the Library does not own the Internet and can therefore make no guarantees regarding connectivity, content, or other people's actions. We promise to do our best while conducting virtual programs, and will follow all "best practices" possible to ensure your safety, connectivity, and continued participation. Your decision to participate in the programs is an express consent on your part to abide by library policies and to contribute to a positive (virtual) library experience for everyone.
Thank you for your continued support of the Library. We can't wait to return to our "regularly scheduled programs" later this year!
Wishing you and your families good health.
Many of our virtual programs will use Zoom. Learn how to get started here:
