Strategic planning is a process in which an organization's leaders define their vision for the future and identify their organization's goals and objectives based on their customers' needs and wants. The Library needs your ideas about how they can support the thriving Granby community. There are many different ways you can be a part of it:
* Attend a variety of focus groups on different topics.
* Participate in a 1 on 1 interview with the Library committee.
* Join the Strategic Planning Committee and help drive the Library into the future!
