Overview

CPPAC Mission Statement

  • Develop a definition of Capital Project Improvements;
  • Develop criteria that will be used for prioritizing Capital Project Improvements; and,
  • Recommend a 5-year rolling Capital Project Improvement Program/Financial Plan (capital and operating) to the Board of Selectmen annually per the established calendar.

Capital Project Improvement Definition

  • A capital project or improvement, and therefore an item to be considered by CPPAC, is defined as:
  • "Any new or expanded physical facility, land, or equipment costing in excess of $150,000. Preliminary studies, surveys, or other professional services related to the project should be conveyed to CPPAC for information purposes."
